Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • Bachelor's degree in science or engineering
  • 2 years R&D experience in private/public/government/military
  • Materials engineering with focus on inorganic/ceramic materials

Nice-to-have

  • Masters degree in Materials Science or Ceramic Engineering
  • 5 years hands-on experience in materials engineering
  • Experience with Design of Experiments (DOE) and data science
  • Proficiency in Minitab or statistical software
  • Strong communication and leadership skills

Key Requirements
