  • Qualtrics survey tool proficiency
  • Behavioral analytics tools familiarity
  • Dashboard creation and coaching

  • Experience with BI and statistical software

  • Knowledge of pricing models and analytics

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in UX Research, Data Science, Psychology, Anthropology, Market Research, or related field
  • Experience with BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI
  • Experience with statistical software including R, Python, or SPSS
  • Certification or formal training in CX measurement frameworks
  • Extensive experience with Qualtrics or similar survey tools
  • Strong foundation in statistics including regression and hypothesis testing
  • Experience conducting and synthesizing qualitative research
