Manage and influence senior stakeholders across multiple functions and drive alignment on contract interpretation, issue resolution, and performance expectations.
Establish and lead governance routines (e.g., QBRs, operational reviews, escalation forums) and hold vendor accountable for service delivery and contractual commitments.

Key Requirements
5+ years experience in contract management
