The primary purpose of this job is to provide each assigned resident with routine daily nursing care and services in accordance with their assessment and care plan.
Employees are expected to maintain confidentiality of all resident care information and report any suspected unauthorized disclosures or incidents of resident abuse.
This position requires cooperation with nursing personnel and other facility staff to ensure nursing services adequately meet resident needs.
