Job Summary
Your mission is to provide excellent customer service ensuring IKEA quality standards to achieve customer satisfaction and loyalty while following established procedures.
You will manage customer inquiries, complaints, returns, and reservations, as well as handle cash register closing and maintain order in the work area.
Active participation in team meetings and collaboration with warehouse staff to resolve merchandise issues is expected.
