Job Summary

  • The Program Manager will coordinate a comprehensive constituent engagement program that includes events, programs, communications, and volunteer management.
  • In partnership with University Relations’ Donor Relations and Stewardship team, will implement and manage a donor relations/stewardship plan that retains and inspires donors to support Libraries to the fullest potential.
  • The Program Manager will collaborate on the administrative functions for the Chief Development Officer, and at times, the Dean, including preparing meeting and event briefings, working on travel itineraries, overseeing the unit’s budget, tracking travel expenses and reimbursements, and general office duties.
