Develop, implement, and adjust individualized treatment care plans for cardiac and pulmonary patients in collaboration with hospital physicians, according to standards set by American Association Cardiac Vascular Pulmonary Rehabilitation (AACVPR) and American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM).
