Job Summary

  • As a Clinical Specialist at Stryker, you will help improve orthopedic surgeries around the world and play a direct role in our mission of making healthcare better.
  • In this role, you will build deep clinical and technical expertise across both robotic (Mako SmartRobotics ™) and manual orthopedic procedures.
  • You will support surgeons in the operating room by assisting with pre-operative planning, case preparation, system setup, and real-time procedural workflows to ensure safe, accurate , and efficient outcomes.

Key Requirements

  • Previous clinical experience (preferred)
  • Valid driver's license
  • Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 lbs
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
