Job Summary

  • This role ensures the operational excellence and high availability of strategic Enterprise Architecture platforms including EAR, EAMR, and EADA.
  • The engineer acts as a transversal anchor managing day-to-day ITIL operations while occasionally supporting development lifecycle activities.
  • Candidates will implement application monitoring dashboards to proactively identify performance degradation and ensure adherence to Service Level Agreements.
