Lead development projects to create new process sequences, deliver prototypes, and progress projects through MPQP gates using advanced statistical methods.
Collaborate with process engineering and operations teams to transfer new processes into manufacturing and support prototype fabrication, while representing Teledyne MEMS as a technical interface to customers.

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Engineering, Chemistry, Physics, or equivalent
Five years of hands-on MEMS or semiconductor fabrication experience
Manufacturing experience
Communication skills: technical writing, presenting, oral communication
Ability to work well on a team and to work independently
