In charge of planning, developing, executing and deploying Michelin Car Service ERP project (MARS), that achieves the objectives fixed by the sponsor in terms of quality, deadlines and costs by applying the Group project approach.
Maximize the effectiveness and impact of Michelin Car Service sales and marketing activities, through CRM (Customer Relationship Management) tools.
