  • The CRM Manager will be responsible for helping deliver best in call CRM campaigns for our clients, driving Email, SMS and automated programs to improve customer retention and acquisition.
  • Responsibilities include implementing and managing customer and data led Email, SMS marketing campaigns, and automation programs, as well as assisting the team lead in managing a small team of email coordinators.

Key Requirements
