The successful candidate will perform detailed financial analysis, prepare Earned Value reports, and develop quarterly Estimates-at-Completion and monthly forecasts.

Base: $107,500 - $204,500 USD; Bonus/Equity: Annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs available; Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k) match, flexible spending accounts, parental leave, paid time off

Must-have
U.S. citizenship required
Earned Value reporting experience
SAP business systems proficiency
Estimates at Completion (EAC) development
Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
Nice-to-have
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work in fast-paced environment
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including pivot tables
Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
Experience with FP&A bookings and sales forecasting
Key Requirements
Minimum 8 years related work experience
U.S. citizenship mandatory for system access
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Management
Experience with Program Controls and data analysis
Proficiency in SAP business systems for costs and scheduling
