Skills & Requirements
Must-have
12+ years in data engineering or architecture
8+ years hands-on Big Data and AI experience
Strong architectural whiteboarding and coding skills
Experience with Fortune 500 or large enterprise clients
Proficiency in Python, SQL, Scala, Java, or R
Hands-on public cloud experience (AWS, Azure, GCP)
Proven track record building distributed data systems
Nice-to-have
Prior Global Capability Center (GCC) experience
Databricks Certification
Experience with digital-native SaaS enterprises
Open-source contribution to Spark or Delta Lake
Ability to travel internationally occasionally
Key Requirements
