Key Requirements

  • 8–12 years of experience in international defense business development, FMS program management, or defense security cooperation programs
  • Proven track record of identifying, qualifying, and capturing international defense programs
  • Demonstrated expertise in navigating FMS, DCS, and ITAR/EAR compliance frameworks
  • Strong understanding of international defense markets, security cooperation mechanisms, and allied force structures
  • Ability to work across internal teams and external stakeholders
  • Currently possesses and is able to maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance
  • Ability and willingness to travel internationally up to 50%
