Skills & Requirements
Must-have
5-8 years accounting or audit experience
IFRS 10, IFRS 5, IAS 36, IAS 37, IAS 12 knowledge
Mergers, acquisitions, and liquidations analysis
Goodwill and cash generating units impairment tests
Deferred tax analysis on loss carryforwards
Fluency in English required
Nice-to-have
Strong sense of teamwork and collective spirit
Autonomous and reactive work style
Experience with Purchase Price Allocation
Ability to present to auditors and management
Adaptability in dynamic international environment
Key Requirements
Higher education in finance and accounting
