Job Summary

  • As a Data Analysis Manager in Capital One’s Business Cards & Payments (BC&P) Field Strategy team, you will serve as the technical architect behind our field sales data ecosystem.
  • You will be responsible for modernizing BAU reporting through automation, moving the organization away from manual data pulls toward real-time, interactive dashboards that empower our Relationship Managers.
  • This role will have a strong Business Intelligence component and those with a BI background are strongly encouraged to apply.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in quantitative field + 6 years experience
  • Master’s Degree + 4 years experience
  • 4 years professional data analysis experience
  • 4 years programming experience
  • 4 years experience coding in Python, R, Spark, or SQL
  • 2 years experience utilizing AWS services
  • 2 years experience delivering Data Governance and Data Quality Management
