  • To ensure the production of flour is within customer specification and achieve good flour extraction.
  • Checking the condition of cleaning and milling machines, magnet cleaning on daily basis, and QC sampling to lab on cleaning, mixing and milling process.
  • Able to make and assess personal/team decisions and align actions with organisation’s vision and mission.
