Base: 172,000 USD - 202,500 USD; Bonus/Equity: Annual bonus plan or uncapped sales incentive plan; Benefits: Generous PTO, 401k match up to $7,200, stock purchase discount
Skills & Requirements
Must-have
12+ years B2B marketing leadership experience
Deep knowledge of AdTech ecosystems
Experience with DSPs, SSPs, and walled gardens
Proven track record in media strategy development
Strong analytical and research skills
Executive presence and client advisory capability
