Key Requirements
At least one year of pharmaceutical experience
Strong experience in training, capability development, or commercial excellence
Proven ability to design and deliver end-to-end learning strategies
Experience working across Sales, Marketing, Medical, Market Access, and Regulatory
Strong understanding of adult learning principles, sales capability development, and coaching methodologies
Experience leveraging digital learning platforms and data-driven insights
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation skills
Ability to translate global strategy into practical, locally relevant execution
Strong change management mindset and passion for culture and capability building
