Accurately and safely prepare, administer, and document oral and topical medications ordered for resident use by attending physicians or the Medical Director.
Maintain a friendly, productive working relationship with nursing staff, physicians, pharmacists, and other facility personnel to ensure quality resident care.
Participate in Quality Assurance programs and facility committees aimed at improving medication administration accuracy and performance.
