Job Summary

  • You will be responsible for handling our customers' cases within the framework of our collection services and customer agreements.
  • The role involves managing incoming customer calls and administrative tasks such as mail handling between Intrum, the Enforcement Authority, and District Courts.
  • You will collaborate internally with colleagues to ensure customers and end-customers have a professional and rewarding experience in all contact with us.
