Skills & Requirements
Must-have
3-5 years customer service experience
Commercial or Small Business Loan experience
Knowledge of loan documentation and credit policy
Ability to manage time under pressure
Experience with General Ledger reconciliation

Key Requirements
High School Diploma or Associate's Degree
3-5 years Customer Service experience
5-6 years Commercial or Small Business Loan experience preferred
Knowledge of CECL data points and federal regulations
