Job Summary
The primary responsibility is to supervise the day-to-day nursing activities of the facility during your tour of duty while ensuring adherence to current federal, state, and local standards.
You will participate in developing written policies, maintaining the Nursing Service Procedures Manual, and assisting the Director of Nursing in planning the department's services and programs.
The role requires providing direct nursing care including starting IVs, obtaining specimens, monitoring medication passes, and evaluating residents' physical and emotional status daily.

Key Requirements
Nursing Degree from accredited college or university
2 years or more experience in long-term care
Current unencumbered active RN license in this state
