The role involves leading and managing a team of senior developers to drive the new development platform for FWD GenAI core tech stack and architecting complex multi-system solutions aligned with Group Innovation strategy.
The position requires providing thought leadership on emerging GenAI technologies, maintaining responsible AI compliance, and fostering a tech culture that encourages innovation and delivery excellence.
