Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree and 5 years’ work experience, or 7 years’ higher education/work experience
  • Minimum of 5 years’ work experience
  • Minimum of 4 years’ project, program or portfolio management experience
  • Relevant financial services industry experience
  • Prior experience leading organizational change
  • PMP, Agile, SAFe, Certified BA and/or ScrumMaster Certification
  • Prior management consulting or comparable client service experience
