Job Summary

  • The Executive Director is responsible for the overall business strategy & operational management of the processes, programs, governance bodies and capability areas that the Global R&D Technology Solutions organization needs for successful delivery of its business outcomes.
  • Key responsibilities include business strategy & operational plan development, process optimization & innovation, FAIR data & ontology implementation, technology governance, portfolio & budget management, organizational communications, and vendor management.
  • This role requires leading, mentoring, and managing a high-performing GRDTS team focused on business strategy, operations, portfolio management, process optimization & ontologies.
