Employees must report all changes in resident condition, accidents, incidents, and suspected abuse to the Nurse Supervisor or Administrator promptly.
The role requires assisting residents with daily functions including bathing, dressing, eating, and mobility while maintaining strict confidentiality of health information.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Licensed Certified Nursing Assistant required
Monitor vital signs and record TPRs
Assist residents with bathing and dressing
Report changes in resident condition immediately
Maintain confidentiality of protected health information
Lift and move up to 25 pounds occasionally
Nice-to-have
Create warm and positive atmosphere for residents
Participate in shift meetings for service improvement
Experience with restorative and rehabilitative procedures
Ability to interpret written and oral instructions
