  • Serve as a Program Manager for JAPAC Medical teams in solid tumors and hematology franchises, partnering with Country Medical Directors and Field Medical teams on medical strategy development and execution.
  • Manage cross-functional engagement of JAPAC Medical teams with members from Field Medical, Medical Value & Outcomes, Scientific Communications, and other key departments.
  • Facilitate the delivery of JAPAC Medical Plans, support activities aligned with Long Range Planning and Annual Operating Planning, and ensure results are delivered on-time and within budget.

Key Requirements

  • 6-9 years (Senior Manager) / 10-12+ years (Associate Director) experience
  • Bachelor's degree required

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
