Job Summary
The primary purpose of this position is to provide each assigned resident with routine daily nursing care and services in accordance with the resident's assessment and care plan.
Employees must identify residents using wristbands or photo cards before providing care and promptly report any changes in condition or incidents to the Nurse Supervisor.
The role requires assisting residents with daily personal care needs including bathing, grooming, dressing, dental care, toileting, and meal service while maintaining a clean and organized environment.
