Key Requirements
Degree in Electrical or Systems Engineering
Chartered Engineer status
Substantial senior experience in UK rail systems engineering
Expertise in signalling, traction power, ETCS/ERTMS, or systems integration
Proven record of leading large technical teams
Familiarity with NEC/Tier 1 contract environments
Chartered membership of IRSE, IMechE, or IET
Experience on major UK programmes (HS2, TSGN, East West Rail)
Working knowledge of ISO 15288 lifecycle and safety assurance
