Key Requirements

  • Degree in Electrical or Systems Engineering
  • Chartered Engineer status
  • Substantial senior experience in UK rail systems engineering
  • Expertise in signalling, traction power, ETCS/ERTMS, or systems integration
  • Proven record of leading large technical teams
  • Familiarity with NEC/Tier 1 contract environments
  • Chartered membership of IRSE, IMechE, or IET
  • Experience on major UK programmes (HS2, TSGN, East West Rail)
  • Working knowledge of ISO 15288 lifecycle and safety assurance
