Salary

$128,000.00 - $192,000.00; Bonus/Equity: Eligible for Medtronic Incentive Plan (MIP); Benefits: Comprehensive package including health, dental, vision, 401(k) with match, PTO, etc.

  • Medical device industry standards

  • Cross-functional group problem solving
  • Design review of Change Impact Forms

  • High proficiency of internal systems
  • Familiarity with CAD systems
  • Solid leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Working knowledge of Quality System Regulation
  • Knowledge of 6 Sigma (DFSS) principles

Key Requirements

  • 7+ years of Medical Device Industry Experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Biomedical Engineering
  • Proficient knowledge of CRM devices
  • Working level understanding of CRM product implant procedures
  • Basic knowledge of mechanical processes, materials, processes, PFMEA and DFMEA
