8+ years Workday implementation experience
Architecting Workday HCM and Financials
Designing integration patterns with EIB and Studio
Managing multi-entity financial operations
Defining security domains and role-based access
Leading biannual Workday release governance
Nice-to-have
Experience with Prism Analytics and Adaptive Planning
Background in Lean Six Sigma process transformation
Global rollout experience with multi-country payroll
Exposure to SOX controls design and testing
GDPR privacy by design expertise
Key Requirements
8+ years implementing Workday HCM and/or Financials
At least 3+ years in an architect or design authority role
Proven track record in tenant management and change control
Experience operating within regulated environments requiring audit and controls
