Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • PhD in Engineering or related field with 3+ years experience
  • Experience with Tecan, Biomek, Formulatrix, or Hamilton liquid handlers
  • Proficiency in Python, C#, VBA, JavaScript, or R scripting
  • Design and validation of robotic workcells and automation platforms
  • Integration of mechanical, electrical, and software components

Nice-to-have

  • Experience with Benchling or Signals laboratory notebook software
  • Knowledge of ThermoFisher Momentum or Biosero Green Button Go scheduling
  • Understanding of data science and AI/ML concepts in automation
  • Wet lab experience in drug substance and product development
  • Ability to prototype and deploy innovative automation technologies
