Job Summary
Configure and maintain Coupa modules including SIM, Sourcing, CLMA, Supplier Portal, and Risk Assess.
Support end users with troubleshooting, training, and functional guidance, while maintaining integrations with Oracle Procurement, AP, GL, and other third-party systems.
Coordinate Coupa’s triannual releases and Oracle’s quarterly updates, leading testing cycles, defect resolution, and deployment activities.
