Job Summary

  • The primary purpose of this position is to work collaboratively with the Executive Director of State Board Relations to coordinate monthly State Board meetings, meeting planning and event coordination, and administrative functions.
  • The position is responsible for managing travel, travel reimbursements, budget reporting, ordering supplies, catering coordination, and meeting scheduling for the State Board Affairs office and State Board of Community Colleges, which includes event planning and travel logistics.
  • The position has regular contact with members of the State Board of Community Colleges, community college Presidents, System Office administrators, and the public to provide information regarding State Board activities and meeting information.
