Job Summary

• This position will be responsible for providing legal services in connection with mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures and other major corporate transactions.
• Work closely with the Strategy and Corporate Development team to advise S+N businesses on M&A transactions and manage M&A transaction processes.
