Must-have
8-10 years total experience
5+ years in AI/ML systems
Hands-on Python coding skills
LLM and foundation model expertise
RAG and prompt engineering practices
AWS cloud platform proficiency
Spring AI and Java development

Mentoring engineers on ML best practices
Experience with Agile and DevOps processes
Ability to communicate technical concepts non-technically
Knowledge of deep learning architectures like CNNs and RNNs

Key Requirements
