The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in compliance, risk, or legal roles, particularly in financial services, and possess strong leadership and communication skills

Job Summary

  • We are looking for a pragmatic, commercially minded Compliance Director who thrives in complexity, takes ownership, and leads from the front.
  • You will operate confidently in a matrix environment, leveraging relationships, influence and deep regulatory insight to help the business grow responsibly across Africa.
  • This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.
