  • Proven track record of successfully managing complex IT projects or programs
  • Experience in identifying and tracking dependent tasks across projects
  • Proficiency with establishing program governance and management systems
  • Knowledge of business intelligence, data analysis, dashboards, business intelligence reporting, business metrics, and operational reporting
  • Project Management certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, or PgMP
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban)
  • Experience in managing vendor relationships and contracts
