Must-have
8+ years of accounting experience
CPA license required
M&A transaction experience required
Purchase agreement accounting deliverables
Fair value analysis and adjustments
Nice-to-have
Big Four experience preferred
Experience with integrations a plus
Proficient in Smartsheet and Asana
Strong project management skills
Ability to explain concepts to non-accounting stakeholders
