Job Summary

  • You will oversee the local learning activities for the city, developing the expertise of our Fashion Advisors and strengthening their skills and knowledge.
  • In collaboration with the Regional Learning Manager and Boutique Manager, you will contribute to people development by delivering training programs that nurture employee commitment and passion for the Brand.
  • You will adapt training programs to boutique requirements, reflecting local clients’ needs, lifestyles, and desires, always building on the House’s vision.
