Job Summary
The role is responsible for operational execution, analysis, and continuous improvement of finance and operations processes within the GBS Pricing scope.
Candidates must ensure strict adherence to GM policies, SOX/ICFR, and local regulatory requirements while maintaining complete audit trails.
This position requires a hybrid work arrangement where the successful candidate reports to the GM Philippines office three times per week.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field
Solid understanding of US GAAP and IFRS
Working knowledge of SAP and core ERPs
Strong MS Excel skills including lookups and pivots
Experience with price calculation and maintenance
Nice-to-have
Familiarity with automation tools like KNIME or Power BI
Above average English fluency
Continuous improvement mindset
Experience in shared services or multinational environments
Ability to work cross-functionally with global teams
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, Business, Economics, Supply Chain, or related field
