This role will be accountable for the R&D 2.0 Digital Acceleration Roadmap, delivery and value realization to enable R&D to meet its cycle time and operational efficiency targets.
Identify , evaluate, and implement cutting-edge technologies (e.g., AI/ML, data analytics, automation, digital twin, cloud platforms) to support R&D activities.
Hire, develop and retain critical talent, modernization our delivery and development methodologies to align to a platform delivery mindset.
