Must-have
Independent design and modeling of HVAC systems
2D HVAC plans in AutoCAD
3D HVAC models in Revit
Hydraulic calculations and system dimensioning
HVAC system knowledge
Hungarian and European design standards
Nice-to-have
Cost estimation software knowledge
Experience with special industrial systems
Cooperation with other disciplines and project teams
Active participation in CEE projects
Key Requirements
Minimum 10 years of professional experience in HVAC design
Minimum 3 years of Revit modeling experience
Proficient computer skills: Revit, AutoCAD, WinWatt, Microsoft Office
BIM mindset and experience in model-based design
English language skills (understanding professional documentation is a plus)
