Job Summary

  • You will be responsible for executing the delivery Customer experience strategy and across all touchpoints to support growth, marketing and sales goals.
  • Within the Customer Experience project for ABB Electrification, you will ensure the transformation of end‑to‑end processes (marketing → sales → operations → customer support) and contribute to the development of an integrated, data‑driven, and scalable CX model aligned with corporate strategy and market best practices.
