The ideal candidate will develop and execute strategic sales initiatives to drive growth across key intermediary partners including recordkeepers and aggregators.

Salary
Base: $110,000 - $188,750 Annual; Bonus/Equity: Eligible for annual performance-based awards; Benefits: 401K match, medical/dental/vision, paid time off
Skills & Requirements
Must-have
5 years Defined Contribution sales experience
Manage recordkeeper and aggregator relationships
Execute strategic sales initiatives for growth
Conduct product training and due diligence meetings
Develop pricing strategies and co-manufactured solutions
Nice-to-have
Strong understanding of Target Date and index strategies
Ability to influence senior stakeholders in complex orgs
Experience with ESG investing and ETF products
Self-starter capable of cross-functional collaboration
