Job Summary

  • The Administrative Assistant assists all the departments, providing technical and logistical support in administrative matters relating to the company according to the procedures and policies established by the Corporation.
  • Mainly support the Country Manager, helping in the arrangements and negotiation of offices, furniture, maintenance coordination, services, suppliers and others.
  • Support HR department throughout the management of insurance for employees, support HSE, wellness activities and People Experience initiatives, with regard to daily needs, such as booking of meeting rooms, sending/receipt of mailing, scheduling of taxis, and buy and supply of office materials.
