Key Requirements

  • Associate's degree with 1 year mortgage industry experience or 2 years equivalent work experience
  • 3 years equivalent work experience including 1 year mortgage industry experience (in lieu of degree)
  • 6 months M&T Bank mortgage processing experience plus 6-12 months customer service/operations/financial services experience
  • Good PC skills with strong knowledge of spreadsheet, word processing, email, and PDF software
