This role partners closely with Account Managers, Product and Customers Success, to shape customer strategy, influence enterprise‑level decisions, and demonstrate how IDBS solutions drive measurable business outcomes across the biopharmaceutical lifecycle.
The position is based in the UK and will be fully remote, supporting global engagements.
